Content Distribution Package (Web, Social, and Email)
With this package, we'll upload your new content to your website (e.g., articles, podcast episodes, videos, quote images, etc.), share the content with your email subscribers, and share the content across your social media channels.
Content pieces produced by your organization are one of your best marketing tools, and many of them should be distributed perpetually after you upload them to your website … not just a few times during the month in which they are posted.
The goal of sharing your content on social media multiple times per day is to bring people back to your website where they should be encouraged to opt into your email list. (Note: Including a pop-up signup form on blogpost/episode pages is recommended.) Once they are on your email list, you will be able to market your programs to them directly.

Just send the piece of content and headline, and we'll create a page for that content on your website
High-resolution image included with each post (when applicable)
Social media management
Based on content we receive from you, we’ll develop a schedule to recycle previously posted content, ensuring that content is posted on your social media channels 1-3 times per day.
We’ll remove posts from the cycle that become obsolete, and you will be able to approve each post prior to distribution.
Each new piece of content we post on your website will be added to the social media cycle and will be placed at the top of the queue for immediate distribution.
Each new content piece will be posted on your organization’s Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter pages.
Any direct messages to your organization (e.g., Facebook Messenger) will be referred to your designated point of contact.

Email formatting and sending via your email marketing system (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)

Analytics for tracking e-mail open rates and click-through rates for each e-mail
Assistance with importing email contacts
Assistance with crafting a branded email template
Pricing
1-2 uploads of new content monthly plus ongoing social media management = $295 per month (6-month minimum)
3-4 uploads of new content monthly plus ongoing social media management = $395 per month (6-month minimum)
5-8 uploads of new content monthly plus ongoing social media management = $495 per month (6-month minimum)
Note: We can start with 1-2 uploads of new content monthly and increase the posting frequency as needed.
Optional Add-Ons
Paid social media advertising
In addition to the monthly management fee, we also recommend spending a minimum of $250 per month on advertising credits on LinkedIn, Google, and/or Facebook. The campaign management fee will be $75 for each campaign.
Coaching, consulting, and assessment services
One-on-one (or group) virtual coaching/consulting services are available at a rate of $95 per hour. Travel expenses will be charged for in-person coaching, consulting, and assessment services.
